While I was at Arnold, I learned from guys like John Verret, Dick Emerson, and Ed Eskandarian. John Verret (President) once got up from a meeting and offered to get coffee for anyone in the room, even me. Client was there, and lots of junior agency people. I learned from that. Talent and power does not have to displace humility and kindness.

 

I enjoyed being a critical part of Fleet's team as a Group Supervisor, and making very real contributions and impact to the work the agency did for the bank during such an active period of growth. 

 

Bank marketing is an incredibly interesting and challenging endaevor. Lots of reasons. Won't go into here. I left Arnold for BayBank to see what being on the client side was all about.
